One man and two women in their swimsuits, throwing a ball between them, in a worn down conference room from the eighties.
The three peoples clothing and activity, their slight embarrassment, the odd interior, the occasional glimpse of the street life outside the windows and the fast editing, which is seemingly based on coincidences, makes the whole scenario abstruse and questions about where and why become more and more evident.
The only coherent element in this film is the sound. It's the rhythm of the bouncing ball that leads the event forward.
This work is both a play with the clichés of film language, where the image is the dominant narrator and a play with our need for making sense of everything we encounter.
The film can only make some kind of sense if you listen.
